Come join me as your experienced circle holder, trauma aware, qualified coach and teacher to hold space for Mumma's of new babies.

 

In each session, space will be held for you to share and to listen to others where every Mumma feels seen and heard on where they are on their journey and being witnessed in true women's circle authenticity.

Journaling, meditation, art and sound healing will be incorporated into sessions to best suit circle - including babies as well.

​

Tea, coffee and a treat is also included.
