If you are ready to work with me and want to see what a life coaching session will be like, this 90 minute taste tester session will show you the tools to help you show up more for 'you', how to create rituals that will hold your intentions, analysis of personal boundaries and any that may be leaky and a divining mantra to take with you.
Together we will work to plot out exactly what you are wanting to transpire and how to give yourself the time to achieve this.
With kick ass techniques that I will show you as well as some deep questions to really get you thinking, this one of session will really push you past limiting beliefs and crack your own ceiling.
This one-off session is perfect if your are ready to step into a bigger version of yourself, but without the full commitment of long term coaching just yet.
