How a small decision can turn your life around

Have you ever decided to do one small thing and it change your life completely ?

I know from my own experience how one small event can change everything.

Deep in my own space of post natal anxiety - I decided to do something for myself. To reclaim me. I decided to go and do an art class by myself.

That day, stepping outside of my full time family commitments and giving myself something new. That day a doorway opened to me.

A doorway to a new existence.

In that class, the one that I did by myself for the first time, I met a beautiful woman who was a life coach and which I subsequently went on to do coaching with.

It undeniably changed my life.

So, next time you want to change direction, know that it all starts with one step.
